Her story

My Story

If someone had asked me when I was young what I wanted to be, I honestly wouldn't have had an answer.

I didn't have a clear direction.

What I did have were parents who believed in me completely. They taught me that I could become anything I wanted, and they gave me the confidence to discover that path one step at a time.

Life ended up becoming my greatest teacher.

Over the years, I cared for my mother through the devastating complications of diabetes. I later walked alongside both of my grandmothers during the final chapters of their lives, and eventually my father as well. Today, I'm still the person my family turns to for guidance, support, and steady leadership.

As the oldest of three siblings, I naturally became the one who remained calm during life's hardest moments.

  • I learned to make difficult decisions with clarity.
  • To lead with honesty and fairness.
  • To bring compassion into painful situations.
  • And somehow, even in the middle of heartbreak, to help my family find moments of laughter and hope.

Those experiences shaped the coach and woman I am today.

When women come to me feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt, they aren't just receiving strategies. They're sitting with someone who has spent a lifetime helping people navigate life's hardest moments with calm, compassion, and practical wisdom.

For more than 24 years, I've had the privilege of helping women build those same skills in their own lives.

Today, my mission extends beyond helping one woman at a time. I want to create a legacy of healing, peace, and opportunity that reaches far beyond my own family—for future generations and for women around the world.

Because I believe that when one woman finds peace, the ripple effect changes families, communities, and lives.

And I believe every woman deserves that opportunity.
