Coaching is not therapy
Michelle Sims Coaching offers education, coaching, and practical tools. This work is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice, and it does not create a therapist–client relationship. Although Michelle holds clinical licensure (LCSW-R), the programs and resources on this site are provided in a coaching and educational capacity.
Nothing here replaces individualized care from your own licensed provider. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency number or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the United States.
